At Town Team, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Town Team account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
